• use of the English language as a working tool, level not lower than B2 (Upper Intermediate);
• experience in project work, preference is given to candidates with experience in raising funds in the field of charity;
• the ability to easily find a common language and maintain interpersonal and professional relations with stakeholders, partners;
• personal qualities: ability to work in a team, initiative, creativity, high level of internal motivation, readiness for dynamic work;

Main functions:

• participate in the creation of fundraising and financing strategies;
• coordination of project implementation at all levels;
• organization of work of the project team;
• meaningful content of projects, preparation of presentations and other marketing materials;
• monitoring and coordination of projects in accordance with the agreed plan and expected results;
• establishing and maintaining relations with business, grant givers, establishing new contacts with partners and donors;
• preparation of reports according to project requirements.
