Our work in this area is one of the most challenging, as it requires significant effort and time.

One of the problems we face is that people who want to evacuate have limited access to means of communication, which complicates the ability to inform about their intentions. Therefore, we start acting immediately after receiving the application, regardless of whether it’s a message via messengers, notifications from relatives or other channels of communication.

First of all, we prepare the route. Often it passes through several countries, which poses additional challenges and requires detailed planning.

In addition, we prepare people for evacuation according to developed instructions and provide full support for each family separately. This includes providing information about the evacuation process, including necessary documents, a list of things to take with you, and recommendations for behavior during the evacuation.

We carefully work through all the important stages of the evacuation process, such as crossing borders, organizing temporary housing and medical aid. Ensuring the safety and well-being of evacuated individuals is our priority, so we make every effort to guarantee their safety and comfort.

Also, we maintain constant contact with our volunteer colleagues. This allows us to coordinate our actions, exchange information and resources, and receive support and assistance when needed. Working together with other groups and organizations helps us effectively accomplish the tasks set and ensure reliable evacuation.

The need for constant communication, accurate planning, and great effort is due to the complexity of our work. But we work tirelessly to ensure the safety and assistance of those who need evacuation.
