One of the main tasks of the 4v1 Evacuation and Logistics Center is to provide quick and effective maintenance of vehicles that have gotten into a difficult situation on the road. The service station, located in the HAB, is equipped with modern technical means and has qualified personnel who are able to quickly identify the cause of the breakdown and take the necessary measures to eliminate it. Thanks to this, drivers can receive help at the scene of the accident or be evacuated to the HAB for further repairs.

The Evacuation and Logistics Center also houses a warehouse where spare parts and materials needed for car repair are stored. This makes it possible to ensure the quick delivery of necessary components and materials to the service station and reduce the time required for repair work. Volunteers from friendly organizations that have joined the project can also use the warehouse to obtain the necessary materials and tools for their activities.

In addition, there is also a hostel in the HAB, which provides accommodation for drivers and volunteers who have arrived in Dnipro to provide assistance or get their car repaired. The hostel provides comfortable conditions for living and recreation, and also provides necessary amenities such as showers, kitchen and laundry, to ensure the comfort and convenience of the guests.

Not the last role in the effective functioning of the Evacuation and Logistics Center is played by the mobile gas station. Thanks to the presence of a mobile gas station right on the territory of Khabu, refueling vehicles becomes a much more convenient and faster process. This is especially important in situations where cars need additional fuel to continue their journey or accidentally run out of fuel in the middle of the road. The mobile gas station ensures that emergency crews, drivers and volunteers always have enough fuel for their needs.

Evacuation and logistics HAB 4 in 1 in the city of Dnipro is an important step in the development of the emergency aid and logistics system in Ukraine. Supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), this center brings together the various functions that are needed during emergency situations on the road. It provides prompt technical support, availability of necessary spare parts and materials, comfortable living conditions for stay and rest, as well as quick availability of fuel. This significantly increases the efficiency of evacuations and assistance to those who find themselves in a difficult situation on the road.

In the future, Evacuation and Logistics Centers may become the standard in many cities, contributing to safety and quick response to road accidents and other emergency situations. The development of these centers is an important step in improving the infrastructure and increasing the level of assistance to citizens.
