Free evacuation of the population is the main mission of Help People NGO. We are evacuating Ukrainians from hot regions, in particular from the Luhansk, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. New routes are added depending on the escalation on the front. Our drivers deliver people to Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia and Lviv with the possibility of temporary and permanent resettlement.
Call our hotline 093 6969 788 from 9:00 AM. In the voice menu, press the number 1 to contact the coordinator. We pick up people from the Donetsk region as soon as possible – the next day after the application is made. If you are from other regions, you will have to wait a little, but don’t worry – our coordinators will always be in touch with you.
All of them. Men must have their passport with them so as not to cause misunderstandings at roadblocks.
We are also ready to consider applications for the evacuation of seriously ill and disabled people, we pick them up at their address, help them get out of bed onto a cart or stretcher. If there is no cart, we will bring our own. People with disabilities should have documents certifying their identity, as well as documents about their disability and preferably a medical history.
And be sure to bring your pets – there will be a place for everyone!
You will be accommodated for 48 hours in one of the Dnipro hostels, and then you should choose your own margrut. Here is a list of numbers by region where they will help you with housing.

Take one large bag and hand luggage per person, no more. Dogs should be muzzled.
Remember that during explosions, you should lie down on the ground in the opposite direction from them, cover your head and your child with things. If the driver tells you to bend down, do so.
It is better not to feed children before the trip, they are often shaken. Take children’s documents, headgear, food, water, so that the child can pass the queue at the checkpoints normally. If the flight is long (for example, from Mariupol), you can ask the drivers for humanitarian aid for children: diapers and baby food. But take from your stocks as well.
Just in case, put a note with your contact information in the child’s backpack and write the same on the child’s arm (closer to the elbow, where the inscription will not be erased longer). We control everything, we do not lose children, but it is better to be safe.
If your child needs special conditions or you don’t have his documents, tell us about it.
